I had a great experience with Go Store. James was so helpful in getting the right solution for me for long-term storage. I moved up from down south and wasn't able to visit Go Store beforehand but the storage unit is great, clean, well-maintained and I have no worries about my stuff being safe and secure. My removal guys came up the day before and said how helpful everyone was, how easy it was to get everything to my unit (trolleys available and a large lift) and what a good storage place it was. I've been a couple of times and it's an easy to use system with people in the office if you need any help. I couldn't recommend more.

Go store have been a massive help during a very stressful time for me recently - a last minute and unexpected move meant I had to find somewhere for my belongings in a 2 bed house to now fit in a 1 bedroom house share. The same day of visiting the lock up, to viewing a storage unit and sitting down with the friendly team, I was able to feel there was some hope and some of the stress had been lifted. The team are always friendly every time I visit the unit, know my name and ask how I am. I feel that my belongings are kept safe with the ease of the app, and monitored security. Thank you ☺️

Go store 10/10 spotlessly clean everyone very kind and polite and helpful good trolleys and lift available all well thought out and designed well worth the cost would definitely use this facility again

Not having used a storage unit before I wasn't sure what to expect. Andrew, front of house, was very chatty and nothing was too much trouble. The owner, who was visiting, again polite and personable. This is a family owned place that is clean and user friendly at a fair price. For someone who needs long term storage I am glad I picked here

Fantastic facilities and fantastic staff. The app is easy to use and the storage areas are spotlessly clean. The staff - particularly Andrew and Miss Jackson (oooo) are friendly, polite and make a great cup of coffee. Can’t recommend this facility highly enough! Thanks guys 🤩🤩

Go Store is the best storage place I have used out of all the places I have used, Andrew and Laura are very friendly and helpful with all your needs to help you get settled with the correct storage unit (even a cup of coffee) the building is fresh and clean and pretty easy to navigate but if you get lost each floor has a map to help you, the security is futuristic with having access via your moblie phone, trollies are also available to transfer stuff from vehicle would to unit i would definitely recommend Go Store for all your storage needs.

We recently used Go Store Self Storage while moving house, and honestly, it was a massive help. The unit was clean, spacious, and very secure, which gave us complete peace of mind during what was a stressful move. The team were brilliant from start to finish – friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and their customer service really stood out. We'd highly recommend Go Store Self Storage Stoke to anyone needing storage, and we'll definitely use them again if we ever need extra space. Best storage facility we have ever been in! From the get go we arrive and are instantly greeted, shown around, and given the locks. The storage units are clean and have so many different sizes. As a removal company a good storage facility is the make or break for some jobs, and Go Store today made our job so much easier. If you need a self storage facility in Stoke-on-Trent this is your company! Family run too which is super cool😎 cheers guys💪

Turn around was incredibly quick and access so simple, perfect location for my storage. I would maybe have liked the app to notify my when my two week lead into cancel rather than remind myself (it may well do but at the moment I am only just starting the period of storage)

Went to enquire about a storage unit and James showed us 2; a smaller and larger unit. After considering the cost difference, James suggested we take the smaller unit, given that we were temporarily storing items pending home improvements. We signed up to 4 weeks and also received 4 weeks free. What we like about Go Store are the security measures are second to none, and the units are really modern and clean. An app gives you access to the building, and it's always staffed by the team for typical opening hours should you need anything. Everyone on site is really friendly, and there's always the offer of a lovely coffee as well :) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

The best self storage facility I have ever used. Been a small business owner I was let down at the last minute, these guys stepped up did everything for me apart from loading the unit. Highly recommend and will use again. Turned a very stressful situation into an easy day . Thanks guys.

Laura and Andrew were both very friendly and helpful. They were able to find the right storage unit and insurance to meet our needs. The facility is very modern, clean and tidy. Your car can be driven right up to the doors and trolleys are available to push your boxes into the lifts which makes every visit simple. The doors and lifts are app controlled which helps to make the site secure. Overall, a very professionally run business.

Great facility. We used Go Store whilst moving house. Laura was very helpful and showed us the different units and prices. Very clean and secure. There was a young guy on work experience who was also very friendly. All in all, highly recommend.
