Turn around was incredibly quick and access so simple, perfect location for my storage. I would maybe have liked the app to notify my when my two week lead into cancel rather than remind myself (it may well do but at the moment I am only just starting the period of storage)

Went to enquire about a storage unit and James showed us 2; a smaller and larger unit. After considering the cost difference, James suggested we take the smaller unit, given that we were temporarily storing items pending home improvements. We signed up to 4 weeks and also received 4 weeks free.What we like about Go Store are the security measures are second to none, and the units are really modern and clean. An app gives you access to the building, and it's always staffed by the team for typical opening hours should you need anything.Everyone on site is really friendly, and there's always the offer of a lovely coffee as well :) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Laura and Andrew were both very friendly and helpful. They were able to find the right storage unit and insurance to meet our needs. The facility is very modern, clean and tidy. Your car can be driven right up to the doors and trolleys are available to push your boxes into the lifts which makes every visit simple. The doors and lifts are app controlled which helps to make the site secure. Overall, a very professionally run business.

We recently used Go Store while moving house, as we’ve put all of our belongings into storage during the renovation and modernisation of our new home — and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.Andrew looked after us from the start. We originally just popped in to get a few quotes, but the service was so impressive that we ended up booking there and then. Everything was explained clearly and nothing felt like too much trouble.The storage units themselves are excellent — spotless, secure, and really well maintained. The pricing is also extremely competitive, and the free van hire on move-in day was a huge bonus and made the whole process so much easier.What’s really stood out, though, is the customer service. Every member of staff has been friendly and welcoming, and I don’t think I’ve ever been offered so many cups of coffee anywhere other than a coffee shop — which definitely goes down well! 😜First-class service all round and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This place is clean, the people are wonderful, I really cant stress what a wonderful company this is. I shopped around and this was by far the best place in Stoke to get storage.They offer trolleys to help get your stuff from your car to your storage, there's a lift to make it even easier, and everything feels locked up and secured.The staff there, Laura in particular, were so helpful and kind it made the whole process so much less stressful. I really can't recommend them enough!
