I met the staff, and they were welcoming, friendly and very professional. The facilities are top notch, very new and clean. Ease of use, via the app. Competitive pricing. I can’t recommend this storage company highly enough. Andrew and Laura have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They’ve both been so friendly, helpful and accommodating, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Moving house is stressful, but they’ve made the whole process so much easier. I came here to store my stuff for the summer holidays. The facility was very clean and staff were extremely helpful, and of course my stuff is all in one piece. My taxi came late but they kept the store open for me until I left. Definitely recommend and would use again next year!

I had a great experience with Go Store. James was so helpful in getting the right solution for me for long-term storage. I moved up from down south and wasn't able to visit Go Store beforehand but the storage unit is great, clean, well-maintained and I have no worries about my stuff being safe and secure. My removal guys came up the day before and said how helpful everyone was, how easy it was to get everything to my unit (trolleys available and a large lift) and what a good storage place it was. I've been a couple of times and it's an easy to use system with people in the office if you need any help. I couldn't recommend more.

Go store have been a massive help during a very stressful time for me recently - a last minute and unexpected move meant I had to find somewhere for my belongings in a 2 bed house to now fit in a 1 bedroom house share. The same day of visiting the lock up, to viewing a storage unit and sitting down with the friendly team, I was able to feel there was some hope and some of the stress had been lifted. The team are always friendly every time I visit the unit, know my name and ask how I am. I feel that my belongings are kept safe with the ease of the app, and monitored security. Thank you ☺️

Not having used a storage unit before I wasn't sure what to expect. Andrew, front of house, was very chatty and nothing was too much trouble. The owner, who was visiting, again polite and personable. This is a family owned place that is clean and user friendly at a fair price. For someone who needs long term storage I am glad I picked here

Go Store is the best storage place I have used out of all the places I have used, Andrew and Laura are very friendly and helpful with all your needs to help you get settled with the correct storage unit (even a cup of coffee) the building is fresh and clean and pretty easy to navigate but if you get lost each floor has a map to help you, the security is futuristic with having access via your moblie phone, trollies are also available to transfer stuff from vehicle would to unit i would definitely recommend Go Store for all your storage needs.

Best storage facility we have ever been in! From the get go we arrive and are instantly greeted, shown around, and given the locks. The storage units are clean and have so many different sizes. As a removal company a good storage facility is the make or break for some jobs, and Go Store today made our job so much easier. If you need a self storage facility in Stoke-on-Trent this is your company! Family run too which is super cool😎 cheers guys💪

Turn around was incredibly quick and access so simple, perfect location for my storage. I would maybe have liked the app to notify my when my two week lead into cancel rather than remind myself (it may well do but at the moment I am only just starting the period of storage)

Went to enquire about a storage unit and James showed us 2; a smaller and larger unit. After considering the cost difference, James suggested we take the smaller unit, given that we were temporarily storing items pending home improvements. We signed up to 4 weeks and also received 4 weeks free. What we like about Go Store are the security measures are second to none, and the units are really modern and clean. An app gives you access to the building, and it's always staffed by the team for typical opening hours should you need anything. Everyone on site is really friendly, and there's always the offer of a lovely coffee as well :) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
